Leedie, owner of Convenient Signing, LLC - Mobile Notary Public, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania commissioned Notary Public delivering professional mobile notary services throughout Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties of Southeastern, PA. Being at the signing table is not new to me as I possess 10+ years of residential real estate sales and over 20+ years of customer service and hospitality expertise, so you are in great hands!
My role in the signing process is to verify identity and be a neutral third party, but what I truly provide is confidence and care while being patient at the signing table.

Some Real Estate signings require two forms of ID (second form may be social security card, health insurance card, club card and more)

There is a flat fee that is individually priced for Real Estate packages and Estate Planning documents which varies based upon distance, signing type, and execution details.
General Notarization of a document = Notarization Fee + Convenience Fee
You will pay $5 per notarization stamp unless there are additional signers plus a Convenience Fee for our notary to come and meet you at your desired location.

Your documents will tell you if any witnesses are required by having one (1) or two (2) witness lines.
Should witnesses be needed per your document(s):
All required witnesses must be 18+ years old and competent
Witnesses must be present during appointment
Witnesses will be required to provide valid, non-expired government - issued ID (i.e. Driver’s License, State Issued ID, Passport or Military ID) - *Photocopy is NOT acceptable
Witness Best Practices:
Witness should not be beneficiaries or have any personal stake in the signer’s affairs
Witness should not have same last name as the signer (i.e. spouse, children or siblings) unless an attorney has instructed that they are allowed to be witnesses.

Please let us know if you require witnesses, and we will do our best to provide needed witnesses at an additional cost $60+ per witness.

No. Please wait for our notary and sign in their presence — you may need to take an oath if the document requires a sworn notarization.
However, please fill out the entire document, leaving only the signature and date lines blank for signing before the notary.

Yes – if the house has power, we come fully equipped with a laptop, scanner and your documents to complete an “in office” closing experience right at the property.

Yes - we can accommodate scanning any signed documents upon request and send them to your preferred email address.

Yes - we are happy to print any documents provided they are emailed to us (info@convenientsigning.com) at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

We travel to all healthcare facility types to provide caring, compassionate, and patient notary services for you and your loved ones.

Yes - we do our best to accommodate appointments on the same day Monday - Friday when time permits; however, please be aware they are based upon availability.
same day appointments are not offered on Saturday and Sunday.

We do not take same day weekend appointments.
